Honestly one of the best medical visits ever. We have a non verbal special needs daughter age 39. Going to any doctor is challenging. Today our visit was met with the most sweetest receptionist/x-ray tech. kind and compassionate to our daughter and us. The doctor she is AMAZING. The staff was so accommodating and took extra care of us. We even got chest x-rays. I recommend this Urgent Care as my 6 yr old grandson says..."10 out of 10"

As soon as I walked in i was greeted by Allie at the front desk the biggest smile she was very quick, attentive, and so kind. When I was called to the bank I was attended to by MA Sasha and Isaac who both were the sweetest and made sure I was comfortable and truly made it the best experience. The dr who I was seen by Lindsay was phenomenal, she was patient, kind, and listened to all my questions and concerns with care and addressed each one in a way I could understand. Overall experience was definitely a 10/10. Will definitely be back if ever needed.

I went to Expedian for a wrist issue. I was very happy with the service provided by the entire staff from the reception team to the medical team. I did use the reservation system. It worked fine, but because this is an urgent care center. I did wait a little longer than I expected. But they prioritize patients Which I would expect.

I was in and out in about 35 mins. It’s so convenient to be able to make an appointment online, the forms are easy to fill out, and all of the staff was friendly and kind, including the receptionists. The provider had great bedside manner and listens to your concerns. I would highly recommend this location for urgent care!

Expedian Urgent Care was so wonderful and address my daughters illness with care and concern. Every single person on the staff were so loving and friendly. We walked in and back out feeling very welcomed and cared for. I would highly recommend visiting them over a big hospital ER, whenever able. Much better and more loving and more welcoming. Very pleasant atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Was seen in a timely manner and out just as quick. Waiting room and exam rooms both were clean. Have been going for refills until I find a GP on my area. Will for sure go back if I need to go to an Urgent Care

I went in with a UTI. They took very good care of me. I am currently waiting for the results from the urine analysis. They did get me on some UTI antibiotics to get me started. Hopefully I will hear soon. Very nice staff very helpful.

I want to thank everyone at Expedian Urgent Care in Waxahachie for the excellent care I received. From the moment I walked in feeling absolutely miserable, the front office staff, nurse, and doctor treated me with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. They listened carefully, took the time to address my concerns, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Most importantly, they prescribed the right medication, and I am already feeling so much better this morning. It's becoming harder to find healthcare providers who truly care about their patients, but this team does exactly that. If you're in the Waxahachie area and need urgent care, I highly recommend Expedian Urgent Care. You'll be treated by people who genuinely care about your well-being from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave.
